AI Student Factory ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Erfan Kianoush Khoshnazar, an individual sole proprietor. By accessing or using our website (aistudentfactory.com) or any of our products and services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, completing a quiz, or making a purchase, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that you accept these Terms. Continued use of the Service constitutes ongoing acceptance.

3. The Service

We provide an educational AI-powered program that helps users explore and launch their first AI app idea. Content includes a personalized quiz, AI-generated recommendations, written guides, prompts, and supporting materials.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
• Send spam, malware, or attempt to disrupt or probe our infrastructure;
• Infringe intellectual property rights of us or third parties;
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the Service;
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our content without written permission;
• Use AI outputs to generate illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, or malware;
• Attempt to jailbreak, manipulate, or circumvent safety filters of any AI feature.

5. AI-generated content

Our Service uses generative AI to produce business ideas, plans, and recommendations. You are responsible for the prompts you submit, how you use the outputs, verifying their accuracy, and ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload as input. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not a substitute for professional financial, legal, tax, or business advice.

We reserve the right to remove, restrict, or refuse outputs and to suspend accounts that violate these Terms or our acceptable use rules. Repeated infringement of third-party rights will result in account termination.

6. Intellectual property

All software, designs, logos, course materials, and documentation that make up the Service are owned by Erfan Kianoush Khoshnazar and are protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal use within the plan you have purchased.

7. Account credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

8. Payment, billing and taxes

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment terms, billing, taxes, invoicing, cancellations and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms in addition to these Terms.

10. Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our acceptable use rules. Where reasonable, we will give you notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
